Steve has successfully led professional services organizations with 4 different global companies. He and his consultants have assisted over 50 Fortune 100 companies successfully plan, justify, implement and measure major customer retention, loyalty and technology & telecommunications deployment programs.

Prior to Steve’s professional services experience, he was CIO for a large Computer Manufacturing and Services Company.
