Network Services
Simplify Your Access
Telcentrex SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) trunks provide enterprises with SIP-enabled, IP PBXs a “pure” IP connection between their hardware and Telcentrex's VoIP Gateway Services. Telcentrex SIP trunks virtually eliminate the performance and call-quality issues often experienced with non-SIP deployed VoIP services, alleviating the fears of migrating all of their services onto one network. With Telcentrex SIP trunks, customers can then fully experience the benefits of converged, IP-based applications, as well as cost savings by having to deploy and manage only one network.
Telcentrex SIP trunks are completely standards-based, which allows interoperability with the (currently) 25 carriers that support VoIP services. Being a “request-respond” protocol, this means that users can maintain call control across all VoIP participants, whether it is a simple 2-way call, or a collaborative, multi-media exchange.
